I’m Michael Purdie, founder of MP Coaching and a transformation coach with over 10 years’ experience helping men and women change their bodies, health and confidence.
But I’ve not always been in shape myself. I’ve been skinny, I’ve been out of shape, and I know what it feels like to juggle work, family and fitness. Today, I’m in the best shape of my life while running a business, raising two kids, and competing in events like HYROX and road races. I’m proof that it is possible to achieve your goals no matter how busy life gets.
Since starting MP Coaching in 2019, I’ve coached hundreds of clients – from complete beginners to athletes, runners and even bodybuilding competitors – transforming not just their physiques but their confidence, energy and mindset.

Yes. Our coaching is designed for real life. We create training and nutrition plans that fit around your schedule, not the other way around. Even if you’ve only got 20–30 minutes a few times a week, we’ll make it work.
Not at all. We can build your plan around home workouts, gym sessions, or a mix of both depending on your preference and what’s available to you.
