About me

I’m Michael Purdie, founder of MP Coaching – a transformation coach with over 10 years of experience helping men and women achieve life-changing results through fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching.

But my journey didn’t start with six-packs and medals. I’ve been skinny, I’ve been out of shape, and I’ve faced the same challenges as most people: juggling work, family and fitness while trying to stay consistent.

Today, I’m proud to be in the best shape of my life while running a business, raising two kids and competing in events like HYROX and road races. I’m living proof that it’s possible to achieve your goals no matter how busy life gets.

Since founding MP Coaching in 2019, I’ve supported hundreds of clients – from complete beginners to professional athletes, runners and bodybuilding competitors. Together, we’ve built stronger bodies, sharper minds and lasting confidence that extends far beyond the gym.
